Featuring fragrant floral tones and a ginger zing make this tea beverage hot, tepid or cold. Serve as an iced tea with a sprig of fresh mint over ice, a splash of apple juice and a shot of ‘Mothers Curse’ [gin]! We use the young ginger rhizome which is moist and plump with a very mild taste. Try it straight or add honey to really top off your tastebuds.
